Introduction
In this fun activity teams go head to head to win a contract to supply canapés.
Content/Itinerary
Introduction - Our expert chef will give a fun interactive demonstration on how to make canapés with garnishing techniques.
The Challenge - Envelopes are then given to teams with details about the canapé contract. Examples include a selection of canapés for Sarks and Mencers or Beckenam Palace.
The Presentation - Colour and presentation is essential, a vast range of ingredients are given to inspire our budding chefs! Teams will have a selection of mirrors, slates and plates to use for their presentation.
The Pitch - The pitch is vital and the teams can gain extra points if they can persuade the judges why their canapés should win the contract.
